Except not caused by running. Rather caused by a CTA bus and a very rude bus driver.
I'm just grateful that it is not broken or fractured, rather it's just bruised. Doctor said it will take 4 weeks to fully heal, though I only have to wear the bandages for 4 days. So, no running for a month.
Ironically enough, this happened on the way home from my first physical therapy appointment for my hip flexor. Where my physical therapist told me to run as long as my hip doesn't hurt. Which means a mile at a time.
Way to start off marathon training. :/
