inspiration

spectating the Chicago Marathon was an experience and it was nothing short of inspiring.

(awesome wheelchair racers)

my mom picked up on my enthusiasm and ended up joining me in my cheering for FFCheer, Xaarlin, Reese's Runner, and the rest of the 45,000 runners. (I took about 5 pictures of us but my mom deemed none of them good enough.) my mom used to run on the treadmill a lot until her knees started to bother her. she's now thinking of maybe taking up running again, with the right shoes, and slowly.

(super elites!)

(Ryan Hall! the only white guy in the group)

i nearly cried a few times watching the wheelchair racers and disabled/blind runners going by. if they can participate, i surely can. my mom thinks that way too.

next year, i will run the Chicago Marathon. for charity. most likely PAWS because I can take their doggies out for runs!

and now, for Moses Mosop winning...
